Congo cart checkout problems

I'm just wondering if anyone else has/had the same problem that I do and knows how to fix it?
I already have a congo account. I login and go through the checkout procedure right till choosing the postage meathod etc. Then when it's the final step, the cart disappears and returns to the home page. This happens with ozebaby, clothpadshop and a number of other shops that use congo cart.
Any ideas?
It's been happening for ages - and has occasionally prevented me from hyenaing something that I've really wanted (not always though!). Not to mention that it's a PITA to email someone and get them to take it off the shelf for me
So if you know how to fix it PLEASE HELP ME!

Now that you mention it, it has happened a few times to me too...but I think it was always when hyenaing. So possibly it had sold out before I completed check out YK?

That could be it..... If you talk to nathan about it he might be able to add a screen telling people that's the case if it is.... so you at least know why you can't complete the checkout

No definitely not sold before I check out (like that velour pad I bought the other week Obsi) or other things that I've contacted sellers about if I'm having problems and really want the item. They've still been instock and the seller just takes them off the "shelf" for me. I haven't tried creating a new cart though Kat - I might do that.
Hopefully Nathan might have some answers for me too...
